Welcome to Books for Kids. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Books for Kids, a trading name of Horton Group Ltd. We operate this online store to provide you with a curated book shopping experience.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email and payment has been processed.

Please check your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, we may not be able to cancel it.

SECTION 4 - PRICES

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15%. Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you placed your order.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are not included in product prices.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our control. Once we hand your order to the courier, risk passes to you.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by these Terms.

All content on this website including text, images, logos and graphics belongs to Horton Group Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Books for Kids. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. By using our store you agree to this.
